Product Information and Stock Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications and stock information.

We hold a substantial range of hockey equipment, clothing and accessories in our UK warehouse.

However, our website does not guarantee real-time physical stock availability.

Products shown as available are normally expected to be available for fulfilment, but stock is confirmed during warehouse picking.

If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including a suitable alternative, replenishment or refund.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract for the sale of goods is normally formed when the order is dispatched and dispatch confirmation is issued.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods made available at checkout.

Prices and VAT

For UK consumer orders, prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and any additional applicable charges will be displayed or explained during checkout.

International prices and tax treatment may vary depending on the delivery destination.

Delivery

We use delivery partners including DHL and DPD.

Standard UK Mainland delivery costs £4.99, with free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £150.00.

Our standard UK Mainland delivery services generally aim to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, not necessarily the next working day after an order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We do not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Some items may require supplier replenishment, which can affect dispatch times.

International Orders

We ship to many destinations worldwide, subject to available courier services and import restrictions.

International shipping costs may depend on the destination, parcel dimensions, weight, quantity and applicable courier charges.

Where applicable, we aim to account for customs duties and taxes in our international shipping calculations.

Occasionally, additional charges may need to be verified before dispatch. If an additional payment is required, we will contact you to explain the position and obtain your agreement before collecting it.

Returns, Exchanges and Faulty Goods

For eligible online purchases, customers normally have 14 days from receiving their order to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain exceptions apply, including qualifying personalised products.

Faulty goods are covered by statutory consumer rights, which are not restricted to the normal change-of-mind cancellation period.
