Over the last decade the GX range has continued to evolve in response to new materials and playing styles. This year has seen the introduction of new performance materials as Grays continues to innovate sticks across the range. Alutex fabric has been added to provide improved durability, and carefully selected carbon twill fabric has been used to enhance all-round performance, all the while maintaining the unique playability that has made the GX range a favourite for over a decade. The GX range offers a well-balanced level of power and control.
HEEL PROTECTION
There are several levels of technology to help guard sticks from the abrasive wear of playing on synthetic pitches.
IHP - Integrated Heel Protection - A specific combination of high-strength fibreglass and impact-resistant resin.
PLAYING FACE
The playing face dramatically affects the characteristics of each stick, especially when receiving the ball and in one-touch skills.
TFA - True Feel Area - A specifically formulated composition of fibreglass in the playing face gives the true feeling of how the stick is playing.
BACKHAND ZONE
The backhand zone of sticks is particularly at risk from damage, due to the small surface area which bears the force of each strike.
IEP - Integrated Edge Protection - A specific combination of high strength fibreglass and impact resistant resin.
HANDLES
Sticks in the collection feature different levels of handle technology, to reduce the impact of energy transferred from striking the ball.
TFH - True Feel Handle - A specific combination of high strength fibreglass and impact resistant resin.
